If I could do no stars I would. This place and it's managment is unprofessional and the buliding itself is disgusting. I'm never coming back. Not like it matters, they don't value their customers enough to provide even decent customer service. Tina was rude and her customer service was revolting. Do not go here!
The building is dated, but the staff is friendly and courteous.. my laundry is always neatly folded and smelling fresh and clean. When you come in you are met with a smile. Tina is super friendly and makes the whole process easy for you.. highly recommend WDF service. The previous review is way off base, and from what it looks like a guinea pig... you can't trust a guinea pig to give a straight review.
